In order to register children for the Christmas Store, a parent or legal guardian must bring his or her photo ID along with a rent or utility bill showing a current address and a birth certificate or passport for each child being registered.
Client registration for the 2025 Christmas Store will begin in October.
Upon registration, each client receives an appointment for a day and time within the store. Clients must arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment time assigned at registration. Only pre-registered clients may shop at the Christmas Store.
During the Christmas Store, clients arrive with their Christmas Store appointment ticket and a photo ID, and are greeted and checked in. Clients will have the opportunity to select three gifts for each child registered. When clients have finished shopping, their selected toys are wrapped and loaded into their car.
Clients who miss their Christmas Store appointment in 2025 will have a second opportunity to receive toys on Monday, December 15, between 1:30-3:30pm. At that time, clients will need to bring their Christmas Store appointment ticket. On December 15, toys will have been selected already for each registered child and are not gift-wrapped.
